Return and Exchange Policy

At N'nN Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 90 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition 
  • Proof of purchase is required, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at apparelnnn@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include any accessories or documentation that came with the product.
  3. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 30 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Preorder Policy:

  • Our preorders come with an estimated delivery timeframe, but delays may occur. Please consider this when placing your order. If you decide to cancel due to a delay, a full refund will be provided. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the desired replacement item(s) when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for your protection.

Lost Packages: 

  • Once packages are shipped to the address provided during the order process, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping courier to ensure delivery. Common reasons for undelivered packages include insufficient address details and vacant residences. We urge customers to verify their address information carefully when placing orders. In the event of a lost package, please reach out to us and the shipping carrier promptly in order to file a claim. For international orders, please note that customs clearance may extend delivery times. It's crucial to provide accurate address details for successful delivery.
